DFSME works with K–12 STEM teachers in every part of Delaware. Partnering with us gives your company a direct line into those classrooms, and gives teachers and students a direct line to the people doing STEM work in the state.
Sponsors fund the programs below, host educators on their own sites, and meet the teachers who will shape their future workforce.
STEM ConnectED Day
Each September, educators spend part of the statewide PD day at Delaware STEM businesses. Sponsors can underwrite the day or host a session at their own site.
Grants
Mini Grants cover classroom STEM costs teachers would otherwise pay themselves. Seed Grants help new STEM programs start, or proven ones reach new parts of the state.
Awards
The Shining Light Award and the STEAM Team Educators Award recognize superlative Delaware teachers for their work.
